Our hotel furniture leasing

Basis of the leasing contract is the leasing decree of 1971, which regulates the fiscal and allocation relating to the balance of the leasing goods. That means, as we are the economic owner of the hotel, we rent the furniture to the hotel. The hotel can depriciate the renting rates as costs - immediately.

We usually raise neither bail nor special payments and make thus expensive furniture investments possible without own capital funds. The running time of the leasing contract amounts up to 72 months. At expiration of the terms of lease, the lessee can acquire the articles to the residual value of 10% of the object value, or to the smaller common value.

Our furniture programs are outfitted with abs-edge bands and consist of a variety of individual components, among them box combi- and box jumping beds, bedside lockers and consoles, desktops in 3 different versions, chairs, wardrobes in 3 different versions, luggage support, providing tables, sofas, lamps and armchairs. The bed sector is surrounded by attractive paneling.

What contains your leasing contract with us?

Our leasing contracts run during the period of 72 months. The running time is fixed, which means the policy cannot be canceled previously by the customer.

At expiration thereby the residual value amounts to 10% of the acquisition value or the smaller market value.

The leasing rate agreed upon in the contract, remains constant at the entire run time and cannot not be increased. Included in leasing rate are all resulting additional expenses, such as transport and assembly. The first rate is generally due after delivery and arrangement of the furniture.
